Advance Registration Deadline – June 23, 2014
Registration fees:

Early Registration (prior to April 18, 2014) - $550 - NOW CLOSED
Late Registration (after April 18, 2014) - $650 - Guest of Registered Attendee
Adult - $325
Child ages 6-12 - $250
Full registration includes:
- Welcome Reception Wednesday
- Breakfast Thursday – Sunday
- Morning/afternoon breaks and lunches on Thursday and Saturday
- Dinners and Evening Events on Thursday and Saturday
- Networking Day on Friday (activities, lunch, dinner)
- Workshops on Sunday
Guest of Registered Attendee:
Includes all above listed items except morning/afternoon breaks, lunches and scientific
presentations on Thursday and Saturday.
3. Guest a la Carte Registration Items:
Opening Reception - $40
Thursday Evening event and Dinner - $60
Activity Day (Adult) - $125
Activity Day (Child) - $100
Saturday Banquet (Adult) - $65
Saturday Banquet (Child) - $45
Note: Children 6-12 must register and pay the fee listed. Children under 6 must register for Activity day only.
Important Dates:
April 18, 2014 – Date on which early registration discount ends.
June 2, 2014 – Date after which no full refunds for cancellation of registration.
June 23, 2014 – Advance registration deadline. All registrations after June 23rd must be completed at the conference.
Walk-in registrations are accepted but we cannot guarantee that we will have seats or conference materials available at the conference.
